I am 41 years old and living in Palmdale, Ca. I'm apply for Government Grants money, to open a New Italian Restaurant in Victorville, Ca., or Riverside, Ca., in the best area. I need a quote, how much do I really need $300,000, $600,000 or $900,000? To open my Italian Restaurant? This is my dream. I have a great name for the restaurant. It's after our Italian family name. Please help. Thank you.
