hi there as i have great experience as a chef in openeing new restaurant (indian cuisine) in the united states, i would recommend you to open your new restaurant to be very close to indian or desi community living place like apartments or indivi houses where a whole lot of desi's live close to desi stores and desi cultured area never mind about business competition, if you would prefer to do a good quality food business. more over desi's only provide you a lot of take out and group party orders which will be the blood of your food business other than ala carte and buffets.
