There will be three stage of selection process:
1) Screening & authentification
2) Practical test by expert
3) Personal interview
Job Requirement Details:
We are looking for two chefs.
1) Tandoor: The Chef should be master of all tandoor items (kababs, all variety naan,non-veg grills,veggie grills...etc)and chutneys with royal garnishing style.
2) Curry: The Chef should be master and all rounder with best veg & non-veg (Fish, Meat (Goat&Lamb), Chicken, Pork, beaf....etc ) items with mughalai, chettinad, vindaloo tastes. Items should have royal garnishing and unique presentation styles.
In addition The chef should have :
1) very good international experience with *hotels
2) Polite, humble,good team member, Creative, good listner and with positive attitude.
3) Safe & hygenic working attitude
4) knowledge of basic continental food preparation and garnishing styles.
6) Must have knowledge of all ingredients of indian cusine with respect to international helath standard.
