Hi, I need tips and guidelined on how to open a restaurant. I want to open a restauarant that will specialise only in African food. For now it will only be South Africa but as time goes then start including other countries, e.g. Kenya, Zambia, Zimbambwe, Angola, Swaziland, etc.
