Starting a fast food joint in Bangalore

Hi All,
I am based out of Bangalore,India. I am interested in opening a fast food joint in Bangalore. But have no experience in this business. Looking for information's like investments, staff, how to manage etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you share what you have gathered across, I am also in a similiar situation and planning to setup something in next 6 to 10 months. However, have no experience in hotel field.
