Hello there ,

I am an MBA (Mktg) and am obsessed with the idea of a restaurant business. I want to pursue my dream and need inputs about how to go about it . Since I dont have a catering background , should i do a catering course or should I work for a restaurant business before I venture out on my own ? I am from Mumbai but the location isnt a constraint.

m bangalore based i hv the perfect spot to open a restaurant but due to financial issues not being able to full fill it..anyone interested in doin partnership are welcome
