Indian Chef Wanted for Houston Downtown Restaurant

Looking for an Indian Chef for a new Indian Restaurant in Houston, that can cook north Indian food , that has experience with curries, Tandoor and can lead a team of 3-5.

Applicant must be able to handle pressure in a professional and polite manner, must be able be flexible with hours.

Applicant will be expected to work a normal work week as described below:

Mon - Thursday : 10:00am - 3:00pm / 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Friday : 10:00am - 3:00pm / 5:00pm - Late
Saturday : 5:00pm - Late
Sunday : Closed to Public (Only Functions and Catering. Else Day Off)

I am a chef with 13 years of experience in Indian cuisine, well versed in Indian chinese , Tandoori and fusion cusine , have got overses experience in USA for 7 years in Indian restaurant .During that period of i got lot of Paper Writeups in National NewsPaper in USA. if u really wanted to hire some one with good attitude towards the management and to the job , Please choose me , Also i am going to send all my certificates copies to you in another separate mails .
