I was wondering if there is a per square foot restaurant start up cost estimate for New York city (especially for Manhattan). Before going through all the financial planning and analysis, I was hoping to get some bulk estimates from experts who have opened restaurant in New York. This way I know my capital is good enough to open a restaurant less then 1000 square feet in the city.
