Introduce happy hours not just for liquor but also for kids by introducing shakes fruit smoothies.Start some sort of a contest
and give the entry form on purchase of certain drink or even more than one drinks.This will create a hype and you will be able to increase your sale of drinks.As for the contest after a certain time give away something free.Like a lucky coupon for a night of fine dining on the house.

Invest in a Point of Sale system to Reduce Costs and Control Inventory Usage. We have a Point of Sale System, www.cafecartel.com that does portion control. Portion control identifies the ingredients in the items you are selling, and calculates them in your inventory reports.
One other easy way to control your costs is to provide your bartenders only a specified amount of inventory in a given period. Reconcile the inventory you have at the end of the period. Their sales + their current inventory should be close to the original inventory.

M working as a Manager with one of the 5* hotel in central delhi but m facing a challenge to increase walkin footfall in my outlet it is a
24hrs coffee shop with buffet for brkfst,lunch,dinner and midnight..can u give me some advise to what I can do best so that walkin profile guest start fallin in.
