Want to start a resturant business?

I am a Fresher and i have done masters in Human Resource and in Finance.i want to start a resturant business in uttar pradesh(INDIA) with low investment.i just wanted to know by spending how much,i can start a resturant and i have my own place for dat.

i am hotel graduate from chennai worked as an executive chef , corporate chef in india as well as internationaly.
i have over 20 year expereince in the field of cooking. i did setup quite of few leading restaurant in india and abroad. what types of restaurant u r in intend to open. Please do let me know. If in case u r interested with seriousness we will be there to help you out.

I HAV DONE HOTEL MANAGEMENT n wanted to open a resturant a small fast food outlet i worked as a chef with oberois for 3 years so plz suggest me from where to start and how much money i hav to arrange for the same
