i am hotel graduate from chennai worked as an executive chef , corporate chef in india as well as internationaly.
i have over 20 year expereince in the field of cooking. i did setup quite of few leading restaurant in india and abroad. what types of restaurant u r in intend to open. Please do let me know. If in case u r interested with seriousness we will be there to help you out.

I am working as am Executive Chet at Welcomgroup of Hotels, I do have good knowledge of pre-opennig management, recruitment, training, procurment setup, warehouse and inventory control, cost control methods and implimentation guide linesn.
