I am presently working in Cravia In which is Dubai-based company formally known as United Restaurant Development as Junior sous chef. I was officiating as a chef de parties for last 2 Years in Royal court king place kingdom of Bahrain. 2 years I was Demi chef de parties in Taj Krishna 5 Star Luxury Hotel Hyderabad, India and Executive Management chef trainee in Country club Ltd. Hyderabad India. Diploma in Hotel management and Tourism from International Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad, India I have completed HACCP and INDERMEDIATE FOOD SAFTEY MANAGEMENT. My core Competition is Indian food. I can also do fusion/new world plates, set menu plated of Indian , European, fusion and some of Asian, Lebanese, Arabic, Iranian Cuisines beside this I have good knowledge of cold kitchen Salad ,Bakery and European food. I am looking change to use my multi skill in THE INTERNATIONALMARKET.
