i am in prague,and i ve been asked to assist in opening of an iNDIAN restaurant in prague,how do i go about it,i just need to know how do i start to respond towards such an offer..i will be managing it,as i am an indian there is more expectations from me..please help.
if they ask me "how do u think we should go about it?" what shall i say? where do i start from?
whats in my mind is that i would say ...that as an indian i would bring all the cutleries etc. from india....etc something like that...but i would definately need u to help me if there is a descent way of convincing the person that i am the right guy...surely once i get a start i will handle it..its just the start what i need.

india has a variety of culture .......each & every state in india have its own culture....so start with the culture u know the best...india is famous for herbs and spices u can use it there.....
