Finding a like minded chef

We are designers that have designed restaurants, we are in the mist of writing a plan for a restaurant that we would like to open. We have some great ideas for the menu, but we really want to connect and find a like - minded chef to take some of the ideas to the next level. Any ideas on how we find a chef?
